Would you like to make, change or cancel an appointment? You cannot do this in your portal.

For your child younger than 16
To log in as a parent for a child under 16, you first need an authorization. You can read how this works at login as authorized representative.
Once this authorization has been set up through the UMC Utrecht, you must choose the option 'log in as a Dutch citizen' above via the button 'Log in My UMC Utrecht'.
The option 'log in as authorized representative' does not apply to this situation and applies to legally competent patients older than 16 who have issued an authorization via DigiD.
For a patient older than 16
From the age of 16 a patient can authorize someone else for My UMC Utrecht via DigiD Machtigen.
If this authorization was issued via DigiD machtigen, you can choose to log in as an authorized representative via the 'log in My UMC Utrecht' button above.
